Requests for information regarding class-action lawsuit
We’ve received inquiries regarding requests for information in a class-action lawsuit involving insulin products. The information requests are addressed to self-funded payers. Employers offering fully-insured MESSA health and prescription plans to school staff are neither self-funded nor serve as payers for the purposes of these plans.
