New billing and payment portal
Exciting news! MESSA’s new billing and payment portal will go live on February 13, 2023. You will begin using this new portal when you review and pay your March invoice.
Please join us for a training session to become familiar with our new billing and payment portal. We will:
- Provide you with a demonstration of how to retrieve your invoice and make a payment
- Provide you with a user guide to help you navigate through the new portal
- Update you on new features rolling out in the near future
- Allow plenty of time for questions
Training sessions will take place via Zoom and are scheduled throughout the remainder of January and the entire month of February. Complete the registration form and pick a date and time that works best for you. You will receive the Zoom link at the time you register and we’ll send a reminder the day before your session.
