New MESSA Service: Employee assistance program (EAP)
MESSA has partnered with Ulliance to bring you and your employees the Ulliance Life Advisor Employee Assistance Program (EAP). When life gets too challenging, MESSA and Ulliance can help.
For your employees, this EAP provides confidential, around-the-clock counseling to help employees manage workplace stress, address personal concerns and embrace life’s challenges. Employee services include:

Pay My Bill has a new look
On May 5, 2021, MESSA’s electronic payment vendor, Comerica, will upgrade their payment platform. This change will not transfer your current payment settings to the new platform. The next time you access the MESSA Business Administration Center to make an online payment, you will be prompted to Enroll and perform the following actions:
- Review and accept new terms and conditions
- Enter and confirm your email address
- Enter funding source information
- Verify funding source information
After you’ve completed these steps to enroll, you will be able to make your payment by clicking Schedule Payment, then follow these steps:
- Select the invoice(s) you would like to pay
- Select any available credit(s) you would like to apply
- Select funding source
- Select payment date
- Add a memo
- Submit and confirm the payment
