Final Report for Overage Dependents Available on the BAC

The final terms report is now available on the BAC. This report shows all dependents who are termed and from what coverage.

If an employee has missed the deadline to confirm that their dependent is a full-time student or impaired, there are forms available on Overage Dependents page of the BAC under the heading Helpful Resources. These forms should be sent through the Secure Messaging section of their MyMESSA account along with a letter explaining why they missed the deadline.


Disability Forms are Available for Members

MESSA has Disability forms available for members to fill out on messa.org. We have these available to your employees to make the process a little bit easier. You can direct your employees here for access to the downloadable forms.


Reminder: Medical and Prescription Drug Plan Changes for 2026

MESSA strives to continue developing new plans that meet the needs of our members and the employers we serve. As new plans are implemented, some of our older plans are discontinued. The following medical and prescription drug plans will be discontinued effective December 31, 2025:

  • MESSA Choices $0
  • MESSA Choices $100-200
  • MESSA Choices $200-400
  • MESSA ABC Rx
  • MESSA Saver Rx

New Feature Available for Entering Employee Costs

We have made some updates to our Cost process on the BAC! Now you can copy costs down to the same plan in another group, making it easier than ever to have your costs included in the system during enrollment.

At the start of the new year, many of your employees may be navigating new MESSA health plans or recent changes to their current coverage.

Change coupled with the complexities of healthcare often brings lots of questions. MESSA is here to help reduce confusion — and help take pressure off your office.

Whether members need to know if a prescription is covered or need to find an in-network provider, they can reach out to MESSA. No question is too big or too small. We’re happy to help.


MESSA Holiday Hours

MESSA will be closed for our end of the year break between December 22, 2025 through January 2, 2026.

This year, we will have limited staff available to answer phones and emails on Monday, December 22, 2025 and Monday, December 29, 2025 from 9 am to 4 pm. If you are contacting us outside of those time periods, please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
